Polybar - spinning animation with emoji while syncing pacman database

New feature came out in my Polybar theme which named Polybar-Adapta-theme. This theme is inspired by Adapta-Nokto Gtk+ theme.

This feature displays a spinning animation with emoji while syncing the Arch Linux pacman database.

This process is planned to run every 30 minutes. But you can change as you want by modifying Polybar config.
