We at Effective have open-sourced Meeting Room, an app that makes it easy to book rooms and check their availability. All bookings are synced through Google Calendar.
Built with Kotlin Multiplatform, supporting both iPadOS and Android, and designed to be easy to integrate and customize.
We already use the app in our own office — it really saves time and removes the chaos around room scheduling. Tablets are installed at each meeting room, so you can book right there. All bookings from Google Calendar on your computer automatically show up on the tablets.
Now anyone can take it and adapt it to their needs.
