It is more like how to Tweet with python. But i get a point, Copilot can be really helpful, but needs to take some time to be more mature. (sometime is messsing with internal code completition like with Jetbrains PHPStorm) But overall I like it (i have subscription).
Anyway, nice tutorial and I going to try it right now because i finally have Twitter developer account ;)

Yeah, my purpose is to show how you can use Copilot to accomplish programming tasks. And this is based off a Twitch Stream I did with Twitter's DevRel team and they named it using Twitter API v2 with GitHub Copilot, so I'm not too far off here. 😊
