I once went to a PHP Developer interview and was asked to write an application, don't remember what it was supposed to do, but the thing is, they handed me a pen and a notepad, clearly expecting me to write this application by hand.
I gave them a puzzled look and asked if they had a computer to do this, perhaps using even Notepad. They declined.
I handed them the notepad and said that I don't think I'd like working there and walked out the door.
