Good article. Morale needs an e. "the damage to your moral is done" should be, "the damage to your morale is done." Otherwise you're talking about ethics, not attitude and self-worth.
Ever consider the ethical implications of discouraging entry into the industry by not taking chances on new people? Maybe the missing e was intentional! How about that?
