Silencing the Noise: Faster, Lighter Queue Boards

A fast, reliable queue display is critical for any busy clinic or hospital. We noticed that our TV Queue Boards were making redundant background connections that weren't strictly necessary for our new optimized polling architecture.

Streamlined Data Sync

Our engineers identified that the TV boards were attempting to establish legacy WebSocket connections to endpoints that have been phased out. This resulted in unnecessary server log spam and minor battery/network drains on smart TVs.

The Result

By removing these deprecated connections, the TV boards now strictly rely on our hyper-efficient REST polling fallback. This means less network noise, cleaner server logs, and an overall more stable display for your patients.
