Thanks, I just don't think every day stand-up would be effective, because sometimes staff member have nothing to share or have unfinished job from the day before.
I can honestly say I had the same attitude in the past. I’ve since seen a productive stand up done right. And a completely unproductive version ... that’s why this article exists.

Not having something to say is one thing, but status of “unfinished” work is what it’s about.
