Planning for Release 0.4

In release 0.3, I made two PRs(286, 302) to ChatCraft, but there is still a big gap before the merge. So in release 0.4, the plan is to refine these two PRs, including the following tasks:

1. Directly paste image to attach
2. Image in chat messages can be clickable to see full version.
3. Resize the image in the browser within the max size of the image that OpenAI will process
4. Optimize the image locally so upload is faster
5. Investigate issue: lot of horizontal scrolling on mobile
6. Update the icon on mobile to a camera
7. Support the camera use case, but also attaching a photo from the camera roll
