What is Mippedia?
Mippedia isn't just another wiki. It’s a multi-branch project built on the MediaWiki engine, specifically designed to bridge the gap between long-form encyclopedic content and structured, easy-to-digest data.
The Ecosystem Breakdown:
Mippedia Indonesia: Our flagship encyclopedic branch focusing on professional-standard articles in Indonesian.
Mippedia Data: This is where we geek out. It’s a structured database dedicated to entities like history, technology, and musicians. We focus on tables and raw data over long paragraphs.
Mippedia Concise: For users who value time. We provide TL;DR versions of complex topics without losing factual accuracy.
Mippedia English: Our bridge to the global audience, ensuring knowledge transcends language barriers.
Behind the Project
Mippedia is maintained by the Mippedia Community, a group of enthusiasts dedicated to digital archiving and open-knowledge management. The project was founded by Rumi Haitami, an entrepreneur and musician who saw the need for a more structured way to store and access digital information.
