antislop v3.2.16 update

this release is out because a lot of people kept asking how to update it and stuff. it's already explained in GUIDE.md but a lot of people are still confused, so i just shipped the update command for the skills: npx antislop-ai --update

btw this doesn't work for updating a plugin install, only the installer. for plugins, check how to update them in GUIDE.md in the repo
