This is a nice short sum-up.

It's good to be reminded occasionally to take a break and rest, you can't always be working.

I've also learned that if you're working on something you deeply love and are passionate about and that aligns with your core values, you can work for much longer stints without rest. But even then, you should rest.

So aside from taking the occasional break, make sure to also ask yourself if what you're doing is something you want to be doing.

Live is too short to be wasting it away doing stuff you don't like.

For sure, we trade time for money and success, but when we're too extended, that leads to burnout. Working on things you are passionate about definitely helps you stay in the game longer, but everyone has limits, and the ones who know how to stay in the game know how to take "breaks".
