Hello Emre Savci,

Thank you for your article.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and would like to highlight the following things with which I agree most:

"if you try to learn all of them, at the end of the day you will remain a tired and exhausted “coder”"
I wish more people would realize that

"But the truth of the matter is not at all what it seems"
This relates to social media, and while it can help to connect, at best, social media only shows a glimpse of real life.

"Popularity, combined with fanaticism leads to the veiling of reality and the perception that what is being advocated is true."
What a beautiful sentence in my humble opinion.

Thank you for your response. I think, my readings help me a lot about adding those quotes. I love the philosophy and classics.

I read that sentence in a (Turkish translation of a) book named "The Society of the Spectacle" written by Guy Debord, but it is a quote used in the book which actually written in "The Essence of Christianity by Ludwig Feuerbach".

The actual sentence is:

“But certainly for the present age, which prefers the sign to the thing signified, the copy to the original, representation to reality, the appearance to the essence... illusion only is sacred, truth profane. Nay, sacredness is held to be enhanced in proportion as truth decreases and illusion increases, so that the highest degree of illusion comes to be the highest degree of sacredness.”

― Ludwig Feuerbach, The Essence of Christianity
