The virtuosity of reporting in the Open Source world

Dealing off the statistics data of the most read articles on my site I saw that one of the most read is one about why report bugs/features/feedback.

At the time I remember that I wrote that article because I had recently entered the open source world and began to make the first contributions and to work with free software in a virtuous way, or contributing.
