จัดทำพิมพ์เขียวซอฟต์แวร์ระดับสากล (Universal Blueprint) เติมเต็มค่าพารามิเตอร์ตามโครงสร้าง "ตัวคูณเชิงเส้นขนาน สั้น คลีน ไม่เดา และล็อกเพดานจำกัดเลเวลรายแอปไม่เกิน 100%" สำหรับสถาปัตยกรรมชิปทุกประเภท (CPU 4+4, PC, Server) จูนครั้งเดียวจบ ไม่ซ้ำรอยใครเรียบร้อยครับ
