Revised International Common

A universal language for tuning devices that process data via CPUs and other components, such as similar mobile phones, etc., to make Android run smoothly. Separate instructions state that this formula can enable server supercomputers to have higher capabilities without excessive heat buildup. This means removing the word "display" because the main server doesn't tune the screen like mobile phones or computers; this center can only tune the display. However, if you remove just "display," you can tune other components on the server.
Characteristics of Layer 1. 3 tuners in one cycle
CPU CPU (Layer 1)

  • CPU: 1X / 2X / 3X% -Performance Scaling
  • Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
  • [1%-100% safety]

GPU (Layer 1)

  • GPU: 1X / 2X / 3X% -Performance Scaling
  • Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
  • [1%-100% safety]

NPU (Layer 1)

  • NPU: 1X / 2X / 3X% -Performance Scaling
  • Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
  • [1%-100% safety]

RAM tuning (Layer 2)

  • RAM: 1X / 2X / 3X%
  • Layer 1: Bandwidth Scaling
    • Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
  • Layer 2: Read / Write Scaling
  • Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
    • [1%-100% safety]

ROM tuning (Layer 2)

  • ROM: 1X / 2X / 3X%
  • Layer 1: Bandwidth Scaling
    • Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%]
  • Layer 2: Read / Write Scaling
  • Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
    • [1%-100% safety]

Display tuning (Layer 4)
Display 1X%

[Refresh Rate xx?hz xx?hz
Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
Touch Sampling Rate xx?hz xx?hz
Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%]
Pixel: -XX% / +XX% and PPI: -XX% / +XX%
Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%]
[1%-100% [Safety]

Display Tuning (Layer 2) Improved according to the available screen types (only 2 types):

1: [AMOLED, OLED, IPS, LCD, or similar]
Tuning characteristics: 30/60/90/120/144/165/xx/hz/FPS/max/Can be improved further if the CPU has enough raw power.
2: [LTPO, LTPS, or similar]
Tuning characteristics: 1-165hz/FPS=max
You can improve further if your CPU has a lot of raw power.
Display Tuning (Layer 2)
Display 1X%

[Refresh Rate xx?hz xx?hz
Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
Touch Sampling Rate xx?hz xx?hz
Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%]
[1%-100% safety]
Approximately 6 main things as follows:
Refresh Rate (Hz) ✅Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
e.g. 60 / 90 / 120 / 144 Hz
Touch Sampling Rate (Hz) ✅Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
e.g. 120 / 240 / 480 / 720 Hz
Render Resolution / Resolution Scaling ✅Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
Adjust rendering resolution
Display Density (DPI) ✅Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
Adjust UI size And the text:
Brightness ✅Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
Screen Brightness
Color Profile / Color Mode ✅Tuning Delta: -xx% / +xx%
[1% - 100% safety] Usage should not involve random guessing by the NPU. Random guessing is prohibited; there are speed limitations and built-in safety features.

Resource Allocation

  • Ratio: 1:1:1 / 1:1:2 / 1:2:2 / 1:2:3
  • Workload-Adaptive

Adaptive Bounded Control (1%–100% Safety)
Operating within defined limits, it has inherent security without exploiting the NPU. Just guessing or assuming. Perform to the best of your ability without compromising any other scores.

  • Control Mode: Adaptive Dynamic Scaling
  • Dynamic Scaling: 1X / 2X / 3X%
  • Lower Limit: xx%
  • Upper Limit: xx%
  • Safety Envelope
  • Stable Performance
  • Thermal Stability
