Title: Flare - Institutional Micro-Funding & Escrow Platform
What I Built
I built Flare, an institutional micro-funding and escrow platform designed to give small, solo-developer projects the spotlight they deserve. Flare bridges the trust gap between creators and backers by combining multi-currency escrow security, automated KYC verification workflows, AI-powered project risk analysis, and transparent milestone payout pipelines.

How I Built It
Flare was designed as a high-performance, responsive single-page web application using a modern tech stack:
- Frontend & UI: Built with Tailwind CSS for styling, custom glassmorphism components, interactive modals, live activity tickers, and a dynamic currency switcher (USD, EUR, INR).
- Interactive Visuals: Integrated Three.js to render an immersive, animated star-field background that enhances the institutional platform aesthetic.
- Security & Validation: Implemented client-side Luhn Algorithm (Mod-10 checksum) validation for credit/debit card inputs to block synthetic payment fraud before hitting escrow locks.
- Simulated Escrow & AI Risk Engine: Engineered real-time trust scoring and milestone simulation mechanics that transition funds securely from locked escrow states to creator releases.
-
State Management & Auth: Utilized browser
localStorageto seamlessly persist user authentication sessions (Creator vs. Backer roles), custom-published projects, and live funding states.
