The Engineering Challenge

The goal was to conduct seamless AI phone and audio interviews that could evaluate complex human elements like pitching skills, tonal inflection, and objection handling at scale. We needed a system that could accurately capture audio, process speech-to-text with high fidelity, and utilize advanced language models to evaluate the conversational data.

System Deliverables

We designed the outputs specifically for high-velocity sales directors and call center operations managers. We knew they would not tolerate listening to full 30-minute audio files. The platform architecture delivers:
