I've been jamming to J Dilla this AM. 😎
For all y'all that dig lofi hip hop beats, give Dilla a spin and you won't be disappointed. Dude was doing lofi before it was a thing!
I'm fascinated by Lagrimas Negras, a wonderful Cuban song.
Trying to sing it too
Woooooaaaa this is wonderful!
The song + the video. It all sounds like it happened so spur of the moment. Had to look up a translation for the lyrics! And they did not disappoint — such a beautiful tune!
So simple yet profound
pure poetry
Agreed! Such a beautiful couple of lines and the simplicity really amplifies it.
I really love how it sounds in both languages too. So perfect that the translation turned out so pretty.
I've not been listening to much music, but I'm creating my own song covers on piano, by writing sheet music.
Woooaaa! That's what's up. 🙌
You have any online anywhere that you might be willing to share here?
I’ve only just started so I’ve only got one cover on my YouTube account: m.youtube.com/channel/UCuHx5zZX8B8...
I will probably post the next one tomorrow
Very nice!! 😀
I'm a little late getting to this, but just listened to both of your tunes — that's some great playing. Also, really cool program you use to visualize your playing too.
Speaking of tonal visualizers, I really love this video Vulfpeck put out visualizing James Jamerson's bass playing on Ain't No Mountain High Enough... dude is incredible!
the visualisation on that video is great, and the playing too!
Great song! And though it's a kinda small addition, Janelle Monáe is rocking it as always — she is totally one of my faves.
🤩🤩
Very chill! I'm absolutely loving the drums on this tune.
🤩🤩
Wow, just chilling on the couch and projecting such a powerful, sensitive voice — makes it look too easy! 😎
Haha! I have no idea what is going on here, but that person just completely shredded those guitars and bass!
That's when I try to code some difficult stuff so I just stop responding and this music is playing in my head xD
Lol! Very nice. I assume that it'll get ya fired up and ready to code again. A little recharge music! 🙌
My last discovering is blume, a channel in Youtube that have a lot of sets with ambient music.
Fully recomended for coding:

OOooooo this is right up my alley! Thanks for sharing!
I love ambient tunes, especially for working.
I've been really into OoraMusic here who does similar sorta stuff: youtube.com/c/OoraMusic
I'm listening to Cardi B - Hot Shit feat. Kanye West & Lil Durk.
Awww man, this is badass! Great suggestion. The music video is wild too — feels like they invented a whole little sci-fi world here.
Very chill... it's soooo dreamy. I'm loving the pulsating bassy bits coming in and out. Gonna have to dig into some of their other tunes!

Gotta love the lofi! 🙌
