Can not find module error( node.js(npm))

So for those who met with this error while maybe checking for "npm" version or any other active involving node.js , the main error for this is caused by the registry files.

solution for this is:

• Uninstall the app(node.js) if you have iobt uninstaller or any other powerful uninstalling app.

• then go through the paths and delete every file about node.js folder make sure you delete them.
  or

• even try to use the manual way that's by using a flash disk and you get the missing files try all these i bet they will work correctly.
