Trump Pardons: A Pattern of Favoritism and Lack of Accountability

Trump pardoned several individuals, including those convicted of crimes related to the January 6 US Capitol events. He created a "veritable pardon industry, in which people with White House connections accept payments from wealthy convicts" [8]. He also pardoned Juan Orlando Hernández, a former president of Honduras, who was involved in trafficking hundreds of tons of cocaine [8].
