Installing WordPress 5.0 RC2 is almost the same to that of 4.9.8

Intro

According to WordPress.org, the second release candidate of WordPress 5.0 was released on November 30.

I tried to install it today and found the installer was almost the same to that of WordPress 4.9.8.

Althogh the installer of WordPress 5.0 RC2 is almost the same to that of 4.9.8, the "post-new" style of Gutenberg, the WordPress's new editor, is fairly different.

Its block-type style reminds me of Elementor, the elegant page builder : )

Also, I wonder if it is more difficult for those who are unfamiliar with programming than WordPress 4.9.8 at least while there are little information about how to use it.
