The whole whiteboard thing sucks for people, like me, who have insane amounts of anxiety. The whole time you feel like you are doing terribly, and when you don't get that call or you do get the email saying you have been rejected, it makes you feel like you're terrible. I get to use an ide or vim with a ton of plugins and google for my job, why am I not allotted the same resources in an interview?
