What one failed test leaves behind, file by file.
Every failure in Nexus StudioQA opens as a bug report in the Evidence Locker: the failure recording, a forensic report readable without the Studio, metadata, telemetry (console and network) and the raw log, plus an AI analysis written by your own AI when you connect one. The report names the check that failed with the values it expected and received.
Then you decide: Real bug or False alarm, with a reason you must write, and whether the files are kept, archived or deleted. Optional SHA-256 sealing chains every record to the one before it.
