The Yoast SEO plugin can help you create SEO-compatible content. It's conveniently packed in a WP plugin that you'd otherwise need to do manually.
But content is not enough these days to rank in Google; your website also needs to be fast. For that, there are plugins that can help as well, although I strongly recommend having a very solid and semantic HTML markup and good CSS under your site to help with that.
