New to AWS

Wanted to learn all about AWS from the above course link. I am not a s/w person, is it possible for me learn. I am a finance person and have not done pure coding but always fascinated to learn.

Is the above link still applicable for learning about AWS. Is there a certification I can obtain after I complete the free course made available.
