From October 18 to 21, 2025, the Synbo Protocol core team was invited to attend the ETHShanghai 2025 hackathon, jointly hosted by the Ethereum Foundation and HashKey Group, among other institutions. This grand event attracted 486 teams from around the globe to register, with 196 outstanding teams advancing to the finals, engaging in intense competition over seventy-two hours.
As one of the most influential annual events in the Ethereum ecosystem, this hackathon focused on cutting-edge fields such as DeFi and Layer 2 scaling, RWA and compliant finance, decentralized identity and data ownership, and AI and blockchain integration. Amid the wave of technological innovation, Synbo Protocol's pioneering concept of "capital consensus" introduced a new dimension of thought to the event.
As the world's first on-chain primary market investment and financing protocol based on the Position Consensus Mechanism, Synbo Protocol achieves full transparency and verifiability of the financing process through its unique on-chain triple-pool collaboration mechanism. Its launched CCO (Community Consensus Offering) consensus fundraising model enables project parties to initiate transparent financing on-chain, allows investors to make decisions based on consensus signals, and utilizes smart contracts to automatically execute fund distribution, effectively addressing industry pain points such as fundraising difficulties and liquidity shortages for startups.
At the event, Synbo's mentor team engaged in in-depth discussions with numerous development teams, exploring how to achieve the integration of financing, community collaboration, and long-term incentives through on-chain consensus mechanisms. This innovative model, which entrusts capital flow to community consensus, garnered widespread attention and recognition from on-site developers.
ETHShanghai 2025 not only showcased the latest advancements in blockchain technology but also foreshadowed the future landscape of decentralized capital collaboration. By deeply integrating financing with consensus, Synbo Protocol provides a new infrastructure for the Web3 startup ecosystem.
