If I had to build a SaaS from scratch today, here’s exactly what I’d do

If I had to start from zero today, no audience, no funding, here’s my approach:

▪ Find a painful, specific problem (not a “nice idea”)
▪ Validate it manually before writing code
▪ Build the simplest MVP possible
▪ Focus on landing 3–5 paying users first
▪ Improve based on real feedback

Tech is the easy part.

Understanding users is the hard part.

Most people overbuild and under-validate.
