The technical challenge is increasingly about connecting relevant information to decisions.
A useful architecture could look like:
Data sources → Context retrieval → Relevance filtering → Decision support → Human action
Digital health can add continuous data streams.
Agentic AI can potentially coordinate retrieval across approved tools and systems.
But permissions, audit trails, access control, and human escalation remain essential.
The goal is not maximum information.
It is maximum relevance at the right moment.
