This becomes especially important for agentic AI. An agent that cannot securely retrieve relevant information or interact with approved systems will have limited practical value.
The challenge is not unrestricted connectivity.
It is building secure, governed, and purposeful connections.
Healthcare AI becomes more useful when intelligence can move from one system toward meaningful action.
