A practical healthcare AI system needs more than a strong model.
It needs a complete path:
Data → AI insight → Right user → Clear action → Outcome
If any part of this chain is missing, the value of the system can decrease.
For agentic AI, workflow design should also define tool permissions, responsibilities, escalation conditions, and human review.
The implementation question is not simply:
Can the AI do this?
It is:
Can the healthcare system use this safely and effectively?
