Laravel artisan commands error : Failed to parse dotenv file due to an invalid name

every time I run php artisan commands I got this error
The environment file is invalid! Failed to parse dotenv file due to an invalid name.
.
to solve this i just replace the APP_NAME which is like below:
APP_NAME=MY Application
to
APP_NAME="MY Application"

and its solve my issues
