Designing ecom emails blind: what kopi's automated critique catches

The public gallery at trykopi.ai/emails has 400+ emails that scored 80 or higher out of 100. That number matters because it shows what a passing grade actually looks like — before you find out by sending to your list.

Every email kopi generates gets scored on 12+ criteria: layout hierarchy, mobile readability, CTA contrast, and more. The score isn't aesthetic opinion — it's a structured critique you can act on. A CTA that blends into the background on a 375px screen shows up in the report before it costs you a conversion.

The workflow is a text prompt in, complete HTML email out, under 5 minutes. You can load your brand's fonts, colors, and layout preferences once and kopi applies them to every generation. When you're done, there's a direct export to Klaviyo — no copy-paste, no rebuilding the block structure in a drag-and-drop editor.

For teams running Claude Code or Cursor, it also works as an MCP server, so email generation sits inside the same environment you're already working in.

The gap kopi was built to close: Klaviyo and its competitors give you a blank canvas and a template library. They tell you nothing about whether what you built will perform until you see the click data. The critique score is that missing feedback loop, run before the send.
