agh I feel you regarding doing almost everything at a job, being told you're not experienced enough or whatever excuse they have, and then seeing coworkers who barely put the minimum get raises or promotions.
I call this abuse and in the past I was abused too just bc "I'm a self taught, I don't have experience".
But now I rule over 'em.

Things are going to be alright. I did get an offer for a senior role before... which clued me into my own capabilities and market value.
