Time to first pound: 1-4 weeks
Effort: Active until established
Method 3: AI Agent Systems
Build agent systems that run autonomously. Sell the outcomes, not the time.
Tools needed: Technical skill, hosting
Time to first pound: 1-3 months
Effort: High upfront, scalable later
Method 4: Info Products
Write guides and tutorials about AI tools you've mastered. Sell on Gumroad or Payhip.

What actually works
Use AI to create something once, sell it many times. Don't trade hours for money. Trade creation for leverage.
Start with Method 2 (fastest income) while building Method 1 (long-term asset). The freelance income funds the content engine. The content engine builds the long-term passive income.
That's the path I'm on right now.
