Excellent post, I really enjoyed reading it.
I practice the 5 minute rule, but it's a mindset, if I need to do something and that requires only 5 minutes or less, I do it in one sitting and then move on to longer activities.
For my work, every morning before I start, I create my task list and I always try to keep it simple but for my goals and objectives, I take all Sunday toevaluate, analyze and define complicated tasks, I am going to start applying the 2 minutes rule for my objectives tasks, thank you very much.
