How do you deal with blame culture in your team?

This boils down to code ownership, somewhat (IMO).

Do you work in a team where everyone owns everything, and shares the work / problems / issues together?

Or do you work somewhere with a "you change it you own it" culture?

What is working well for your team, and what isn't?
