We asked three AI engines for the best private on-device health app. Two named one with an agent bridge.

We asked three AI engines the same question: which private on-device Apple Health app can also connect an AI agent? Grok and Exa named MetricBridge first. Perplexity split the question in two and named no app that is both. We published the query, models and results.

The finding is a content problem, not a product one. Answer engines model on-device privacy and agent connectivity as separate categories, so the intersection is invisible even when an app ships both. The engines that got it right had read primary pages written in the buyer's own words. That is the lever: a category gets named by the pages that describe it.
