I am a fond of Interaction Design Foundation (interaction-design.org) for great free and paid resources on UX. They have an encyclopedia of UX written by industry leaders.
All things software & product, honestly - FrontEnd, BackEnd, DevOps, ML - as long as we're solving massive problems.
