If the data was replicated to thousands of servers, owned by thousands of individuals, it's highly unlikely everybody would "shut off" the individual. Free speech is a right, but it's not a right to have people listen to what you've got to say. Or to rephrase; "You have the right to speak, but I have the right to not having to listen to what you've got to say" ...
Decentralized web is not that you force everyone to listen to you, but you voice can not be muted, When someone want to see other's voice, he can not be missed.
The right to mute anyone is not right.
The freedom of speech is right for any free man.
Free speech is not what you want to hear, but people have the right to speak freely even it is false and offensive.
