Three things ran in parallel this year, and each one made the others better rather than competing for the same hours.

SCULT INDIA

As CTO and Co-Founder alongside Saksham Gupta and Raman Shukla, and mentored by Gaurav Gupta, we shipped 5+ paid production products, built SCULT Studio to run our own operations, and generated roughly ₹1 lakh in revenue in the first six months — with our first team meet, a Diwali gathering in October 2025, marking the point where it stopped feeling like a side project.

TechVerse Enclave

The community I founded in 2023 crossed 500+ developers and 200+ mentored students this year, mostly through consistent, unglamorous sessions rather than any single viral moment.

NextUpgrad

Between February and July 2026, I independently designed, built and shipped five production AI applications end to end — RAG, fine-tuning, computer vision, document intelligence, and OCR/speech — each with real deployment, tests and observability.

What ties the three together

Every one of them is the same underlying habit applied at a different scale: scope tightly, ship something real, and tell people about it honestly, including the parts that didn't work.
