Do you think hiring squad members and playmakers equally difficult?
My experience has been that hiring playmakers is time consuming and harder in comparison. One would want to compromise the least - when hiring for someone in this role.
There is also the other side, where this person should genuinely believe in the team or the micro-org and really buy into its vision and goals.
