BRASIL, 29 May 2025 — Humanitarian diplomat, mentor, and people development specialist Wallace Silva, nationally known as Wallace Fly, conducted a diplomatic visit to the national headquarters of SEBRAE, the House of the Entrepreneur, located in Brasília (Federal District), the centre of the guidelines that shape the promotion of entrepreneurship across all regions of Brazil.

Accompanied by SEBRAE National’s Communications Manager, Filipe, Wallace Fly had the opportunity to closely observe the new headquarters building, which stands out for its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and accessibility. The building is an example of conscious architecture, utilising solar energy, wind power, and rainwater harvesting systems, all integrated into a design that respects and includes people with disabilities.

During the visit, Filipe presented the main departments of SEBRAE National, including auditing, legal, communications, and public policy. These areas together coordinate and direct entrepreneurship support policies throughout Brazil.

“Companies that do not organise internally are heading towards regression. SEBRAE teaches us that with structure, clarity of roles, and purpose, it is possible to generate engagement, progress, and transformation,” stated Wallace Fly.

The institutional tour also included the presentation of multifunctional auditoriums and modular rooms, which, in addition to serving SEBRAE’s own activities, are available for use by partners in social, economic, and educational projects. The building features modern recording systems, automation, and intelligent use of space, enhancing the institution’s capacity for delivery and impact.

Wallace Fly also highlighted his previous experience with the former Entrepreneur Channel, emphasising how the transition to more accessible platforms such as blogs and digital media has strengthened institutional communication and democratised access to entrepreneurial content.

“Every leadership that passed through SEBRAE left a legacy. This visit showed us how institutional engagement and continuous innovation have made SEBRAE a national benchmark in supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurs,” noted Wallace Fly.

Concluding his agenda, Wallace Fly emphasised the importance of integration between SEBRAE, SENAI, SENAC, and other organisations within the Sistema S, stressing that this union strengthens the entrepreneurial ecosystem and accelerates the country’s sustainable growth.
