Gemini 3.8 Live Adds Real-Time AI Avatars

Google introduced Gemini 3.8 Live with Live Avatar on September 24, adding near-real-time video generation to live conversational AI. Google says the enterprise feature can listen, see and speak while using asynchronous tools in the background, and it supports multilingual speech-to-speech interaction.
