  • Make sure that your app is eligible for an app transfer
  • Measure MRR, LTV, Churn - all these metrics affect app valuation. If you have poor results, invest time to improve these metrics.
  • List your app on marketplaces and send it to buyers, publishers, or investors directly.
  • Receive as many offers as you could to choose the most profitable for you. Or hire a dedicated broker.
