Subject: CITI timesheets PTS standardization - urgent action required

Hi Leonid,

Hope you’re well.

Recently, we have implemented a standardized time reporting approach in the CITI systems (PTS), and as agreed with the client, starting from June onwards, all working days are expected to be booked as project work even if an absence occurs.

This is required because CITI is verifying submitted working days so that payment can be processed correctly.

With that in mind, can you please help by reaching out to Sirisha, asking her to revert the timesheets starting from June and align all working days with the Canadian working calendar against the CITI PTS project code, so we can stay aligned with client requirements and ensure consistency across reporting.

To summarize, the goal is to correct the June-onward timesheets, ensure alignment with the Canadian working calendar, and reinforce a consistent reporting approach for CITI PTS.
