There is no honest “works everywhere” answer for virtual cards and advertising platforms. Acceptance changes with BIN reputation, account country, billing-address match, account history, and the platform’s risk rules.
A safer process is to use accurate holder information, match the billing region, start with a small authorization, keep enough balance for temporary holds, and avoid linking one payment method across unrelated accounts.
A virtual card can isolate campaign budgets, but it cannot repair a restricted ad account. We provide Visa and Mastercard virtual cards through ChinaWHAPI, but explicitly do not guarantee acceptance by a specific advertising platform.
