You can now post TikTok videos straight from Refract

What's new

TikTok is now live in Refract, and that's a big step for anyone who shares short videos. You can now post TikTok videos directly from Refract, so you no longer need to hop between apps to get your clips out into the world. We know how much time small switches add up to, so we are glad to make this part easier.

Why it matters

Short video is a busy space, and keeping your work in one place helps you focus on what matters most: the content itself. When your posting tools live together, there are fewer steps between an idea and a published video. Fewer steps mean less friction, and less friction makes it easier to share consistently. Consistency is often what helps a channel grow, and a smooth workflow makes that much more achievable. If you already use Refract to organise your creative work, TikTok support fits right into that routine without adding another tool to manage.

How it works

Posting a TikTok video from Refract is the core of this update. Pick the video you want to share, send it on from Refract, and your clip heads to TikTok. There is no need to open a separate app and upload the file again. The whole flow is meant to feel familiar, so you can get back to making your next video.

What this announcement covers

This post is an announcement, so there is nothing extra to set up here. The news is simple: TikTok is now live in Refract, and TikTok videos can now be posted from Refract. Keep an eye on the Refract updates for more news as the app grows, and let us know what you would like to see next.

Thank you

Thanks for being part of the Refract community. Whether you post every day or only now and then, we hope TikTok support makes sharing a little easier. Your feedback helps shape what comes next, so please share your thoughts with us. Happy posting!
