How to Add custom template in my Blog? #HelpMe

Hello! I downloaded a static Blog Template from a Website to add in my Google Blog. That Template is not XML file. Blog just support XML file to import template. My downloaded contain few folders such as, images, css, js, fonts etc..how can I achieve it without messing my template, I tried few methods but I get few errors when I pest my html in Blogger HTML editor...please help me
