I'm the one who added macOS support to cross. Since the last stable release was in 2017, all the newly added Docker images in turn are also not available on DockerHub.
You can build them yourself using the build-docker-image.sh script in the repo, i.e. ./build-docker-image.sh arm-unknown-linux-musleabihf.
