Splits between Old Stoney Creek (mid-century detached), Upper Stoney Creek (new builds along Highway 8), Lakeshore West (lakefront homes with constant window dust from lake-effect weather), and Winona/Fruitland (former orchard subdivisions).

Estate homes book quarterly deep cleans (less foot traffic, less mess), Bolton books biweekly recurring, Mayfield West books monthly.
